Petition of Haji Nasr Allah, resident of Bazar-i Murgh neighborhood, and Aqa Mulla Ghulam Riza, resident of Sarbagh neighborhood, written by Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, resident of Lab-i Ab neighborhood, requesting the rent of one-third of ‘Ali Abad Zahirak village to be spent as the late Hajiyah Zivar Sultan, daughter of Haji Muhammad Hasan Tajir [the merchant] had asked, based on her father's will.

Copy of a letter written by Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of the late Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, against Haji Mahmud Tajir [merchant] (son of the late Haji Muhammad ‘Ali Tajir from Shiraz), the tenant of Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin's deceased wife, Hajiyah Zivar Sultan (daughter of the late Haji Muhammad Hasan Tajir known as Salih). Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin claims that Haji Mahmud has not paid half of the rent of some properties that belonged to Hajiyah Zivar Sultan since the time of her death. The recipient of the letter has answered at the end of the document.

Settlement and will, 1904 and 1905
On one side is the settlement dated August 21, 1904 between Karbalayi Kazim, son of the late Mirza [illegible] from Lahijan, and Haj Ramazan, son of Mashhadi Mulla Baba from Dumuchal [Dumchal], over connected and seperate pieces of land in Dumuchal [Dumchal] village, which Karbalayi Kazim inherited from his mother and his brother, for four hundred twenty-five tumans and five thousand dinars.
